Instruction and fitting recommendations are personalized. Results vary with the golfer’s abilities, practice, equipment, and other factors. We do not guarantee a particular score, handicap reduction, distance gain, or competitive result.

3. Appointments, Payments, and Packages

Please provide accurate contact information when requesting an appointment or placing an order.

Prices and payment requirements will be disclosed before you commit to a purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be identified before checkout or payment.

Any lesson package conditions, including the number and length of sessions, expiration dates, and transfer restrictions, will be disclosed before purchase.

Changes to advertised prices will not alter the agreed price of an existing confirmed purchase without your consent.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customer cancellation policy: 24-hour notice of cancellation is appreciated but required.

If we need to cancel an appointment, we will contact you to arrange another time. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will refund the amount paid for that unprovided service.

Outdoor appointments may be affected by weather or course conditions. We will communicate any necessary changes and discuss rescheduling.

5. Club Fitting and Repair

Club fitting recommendations are based on the information and equipment available during your appointment.

For repair work, we will confirm the authorized scope and applicable pricing before beginning. If an inspection reveals that additional work or parts are needed, we will seek your approval before proceeding with additional charges.

Completion dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Parts availability and equipment condition may affect turnaround time.

Please let us know about known damage, previous alterations, or other concerns with your equipment. We will discuss any identified limitations or risks before performing the affected work.

These terms do not exclude responsibility for damage caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.

6. Products, Custom Orders, and Shipping

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, and available options are provided to help you make an informed purchase. Colors may appear differently across screens, and minor production variations may occur.

Any custom-order conditions, including cancellation restrictions, will be disclosed before purchase.

Manufacturer warranties, where available, are governed by their stated terms. Any separate warranty offered by Aaron Payne Golf will be provided in writing.

8. Safety and Junior Golfers

Golf involves physical activity, swinging clubs, and moving golf balls. Please follow instructor directions and the safety rules of the facility where your service takes place.

Tell your instructor about limitations that may affect safe participation. Stop participating if you experience pain, dizziness, or another concerning symptom.

A parent or legal guardian must authorize services for a minor and complete any required consent forms. Any supervision requirements will be communicated before the appointment.

This page is not a substitute for a separate participation agreement or informed consent form where one is required.

9. Website Content

Unless otherwise identified, website text, original photographs, logos, graphics, and other content belong to Aaron Payne Golf or are used with permission.

You may view and share links to our public pages. Reproducing, selling, or using our content commercially requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a print or other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

If we discover an error affecting your order or appointment, we will contact you before making a material change. If we cannot fulfill an order as agreed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund for any unfulfilled purchase.
